The Reece Group partner with Murray Mallee Training Co. Ltd. offer exciting employment, training and career opportunities for students in years 10 & 11 through to year 12 completion.
Our School‑based Trainees combine their studies with working in Reece branch, where they are gaining a Nationally recognised qualification while working directly with plumbers, builders & retail customers.
On completion of the School-based traineeship program, you will get a Certificate II in Warehousing Operations. You will gain broad exposure to the industry and develop your customer service skills.
Certificate II Retail
The Certificate II in Retail will expose your to retail operational knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the retail industry.
This is a School-based program designed for secondary school students. You must be a minimum of 15 years old & enrolled in school. Further conditions apply, please contact your state based recruiter for more information.

There are a number of steps that take place before offers are made. Here is a brief overview of the process. Each stage is only offered to those selected to progress to the next round.

You'll undertake an initial phone call with our Murray Mallee Recruiter, so we can get to know you better.
If you meet the program requirements you will be invited to attend a one on one interview at the branch with the Branch Manager.
Successful applicants will be offered a position within the School-based traineeship Program.
If successful, your Recruitment officer will arrange to sign you up prior to commencing at the branch.
